Day-Of Coorindator

When you just need someone to direct traffic.

  • Finalizing Details: Review of all details of the event with you beforehand to ensure you have a clear understanding of your vision, timeline, and any special requirements.

    Vendor Coordination: Communication with all vendors involved in the event, such as the caterer, florist, photographer, and DJ, to confirm arrival times, set-up instructions, and any specific requirements.

    Timeline Management: Creation and management of a detailed timeline for the event day, ensuring that every aspect runs on schedule.

    Problem Solving: In the event of any unforeseen issues or emergencies, we will handle them discreetly and efficiently, ensuring that you and your guests remain unaware of any disruptions.

  • Our base day-of coordinator packages start at $500.

Day-of Execution

For those that have it all planned out, but need some extra hands.

  • Everything included in our day-of coordinator package and:

    Decor: We will oversee the setup of all your event decor.

    Venue setup and teardown: We will own the setup/teardown of the event space including any necessary room changes.

  • Our full day-of execution packages start at $1,000.

Full Planning

For the those who would prefer to let someone else take the reins.

  • Our full event planning package includes everything in our day-of execution package as well as these additional services prior to your event

    Vendor Selection and Management: We assist with selecting and hiring vendors such as the venue, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, DJ or band, and any other service providers needed for the event. They'll also negotiate contracts and manage communication with vendors throughout the planning process.

    Budget Planning: We help with creating a realistic budget for your event and allocate funds to different aspects of the event. We provide guidance on cost-saving strategies and ensure that expenses are kept within budget.

    Design and Décor Assistance: If desired, we can offer guidance on event design and décor, helping you choose themes, colors, and aesthetics that reflect their personal style. We may also recommend décor rentals or design elements to enhance the overall ambiance.

    Logistics Management: We coordinate logistics such as transportation for you and your guests, accommodations, seating arrangements, and any special requests or accommodations needed for guests.

    RSVP Tracking and Guest Management: We will manage guest lists, tracking RSVPs, and ensuring that guest accommodations and special needs are addressed.

    Finalizing Details: As the event day approaches, we will ensure that all details are finalized, including confirming vendor arrangements, reviewing contracts, and addressing any last-minute concerns or changes.

  • Both roles involve coordinating aspects of an event, but a day-of coordinator typically focuses on the day-of logistics and execution, while an ev ntplanner is involved in the entire planning process leading up to the event.

  • Yes, we would love to chat with you more!

  • We are open to booking up to 30 days in advance for day-of coordination. For full event planning, we prefer to book about 90 days in advance.

  • No, we can oversee setup or teardown, but depending on the size of the event, we may request additional people to ensure everything is completed on time.
